It is well known, the benefit of drinking wine “with moderation”. Drink a glass of good wine a day to prolong your life, we say and this is very true. Several clinical studies prove that people that consume wine with moderation are less likely to suffer from cardiovascular diseases. Further more, wine is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory and the resveratrol contained in the grapes, protect us from different ageing related illnesses. 

But, why wine and no other alcoholic beverages? The polyphenols found in higher levels on the grape´s skin, cause  a certain effect in blood fat levels, that makes a more fluid circulation.
