The grape is harvested during the first fortnight of the month of October, when the grape reaches its optimum point of phenolic maturity. For the elaboration of this wine a selection of grapes is used, from plots of land with better quality. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 25-28ºC. Automatic control of overpumping for the extraction of aromatic and colour compounds.

In the mouth it is complex, sweet and rounded, with sweet tannins, very noble, with notable nuances of black berry preserve.
