60% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha, 20% Graciano
WINE MAKING
The grape is harvested during the first fortnight of the month of October, when the grape reaches its optimum point of phenolic maturity. For the elaboration of this wine a selection of grapes is used, from plots of land with better quality. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 25-28ºC. Automatic control of overpumping for the extraction of aromatic and colour compounds.
AGEING
Twenty four months in new American oak barrel.
BOTTLE
Twelve months in bottle.
COLOUR
High cherry red robe with ruby borders.
AROMA
Great aromatic potential, with notable varieties of very noble and balsamic combined aromas, combined with nuances of creams and vanillas, providing it with great character.
MOUTH
In the mouth it is complex, sweet and rounded, with sweet tannins, very noble, with notable nuances of black berry preserve.
AFTERTASTE
Long-lasting and pleasant, with clear balsamic aromas and flavours from the maturity in the barrel, with good harmony with the natural essences of this great variety
