SELECTIVE HARVEST OF THE RED GRAPES

Once the recollection of the white grapes was completed, the 2018 harvest of the red grapes has started in its first week, only selectively, with the aim of harvesting exclusively the vineyards at the desired state of maturity.
The activity at the laboratory and winery is frenetic. Analyses of the grapes are being carried out to check the maturation stage of each plot and at the same time are being analyzed musts and just finished wines.
The alcohol content in the harvested grapes is about 14 degrees and the grapes are healthy. We can not ask for more!!
