To really appreciate a piece of art we must use all your senses, same happens when we taste a wine. Our senses will make us discover colours, flavours, aromas and the sensations that awake when it passes through our mouth.

The journey begins with the corkage, when our sense of hearing awakens; followed by the sense of sight; and the smell, that bring us the aromas of the grapes and the terroir that saw them grow; and of course the taste, that allow us to appreciate the flavours, in addition to the ones from the grapes, of those from its combination with the wood in aged wines.

As an example our Fincas de Azabache Crianza Garnacha, a wine elaborated with a special selection of vines with over half a century of age from the Grenache variety. This wine highlights the potential of this grape variety combined with our terroir.

With twelve months in French and American oak barrels and six months in bottle, it is outstanding its purple colour of high intensity, its aroma of red and black fruit jams well integrated with balsamic and vanilla notes given by the cask and its long and silky finish, that even with its high alcohol content, make it a smooth and well balanced wine.
