LABORATORY ON HARVEST
What happen once the grapes are in the winery?
The tanks are filled and after the first pumping over and the addition of the yeasts, before fermentation, the wort is taken to our laboratory for its first analysis.
Different values are measured, such as density, probable alcohol content, together with many other parameters that will have to be daily monitored to continue with the process of elaboration of the wines.
We continue with the harvest and our laboratory team works non stop!!
