The cold weather is already here and we stay at home with our cozy blanket enjoying our favorite serial, glass of DOCa Rioja white wine in hand. The perfect winter evening.

White wine in winter?  Of course, why not?  Same as you can enjoy a nice fresh red wine in summer, why giving up on a good white, full bodied and comfortable in those days when it is cold outside and we are happy to stay at the comfort of our home?

There are white Rioja wines that because of the touch of the ageing in barrel or their creamy notes, are ideal for this time of the year. Why to miss out on a glass of white wine, if this is what we want?

For example our Barrel Fermented White Azabache. Drink it slowly and enjoy its pleasant warmth sensation and powerful palate, with its complex flavours and great structure. Get a nice board of cheese and nuts ... sit back and relax!!
