Tomorrow Thursday 3rd of September, we will start with the harvest of the Red Tempranillo. It will be carried out exclusively in those plots that we have authorized and that have been tested and reached the desired optimal ripeness point.
The harvest will be done on Thursday and Friday, firstly. We will stop during the weekend and will continue on Monday.
This week, the lower temperatures together with the “cierzo” wind that has been with us, has helped to the maturation of the grapes.  We are facing now crucial days that will determine the final quality of the 2020 harvest of red grapes.

About the recollection of the white grapes, we estimate to finish this next Friday 4th.  These grapes are being picked with an exceptional quality and an average gradation of 12,2.
