COLOUR 

Intense ruby color with garnet rim.

AROMA

Predominance intense ruby color with black fruit with hints of cherry, blackberry
and blueberry good intensity. The barrel aging brings more complexity with balsamic
aromas type vanilla and toffee something spicy.

TASTE

The palate is fruity and tasty with mineral and toasted hints provided by the barrel.
It is a very round wine with ripe tannins and good concentration.

AFTERTASTE

Long and pleasant, it highlights the fruitiness and good integration of oak
aromas.

RECOMMENDATIONS & PAIRING

Starters of ham and all kinds of cheeses. White meat, red and feathered game.
Not recommended for pregnant, hepatics and allergic to sulphites. Transport and storage in fresh and dry conditions.
