At Viñedos de Aldeanueva S.Coop, we maintain high standards of quality and food safety. Proof of this is our annual certification in BRC and IFS, which are international food safety standards based on the HACCP system.
Within our entire production process, the bottling stage is one of the most important, and within it, rinsing is one of our critical control points. This involves washing the inside of the bottles with pressurized water to remove any remaining dirt or foreign particles that may be inside.
We carry out this type of control along with many others, such as:
The presence and absence of corks, where any bottles missing their corks are automatically rejected on the bottling line.
Fill level control, where we use a flask to verify that bottles are filled to the correct level.
Label inspection, where we check that all bottle labels are properly positioned.
All of this ensures that our products are high quality and safe for all our consumers and clients.
