WINE MAKING
Garnacha grapes harvested in the last week of September were at optimum maturity. the must used for alcoholic fermentation is obtained from grapes growing on vineyards situated in cooler areas and after short maceration of the must together with the grape skins in stainless-steel tanks for 4 to 6 hours.
It takes between 20 and 25 days at temperature of 15-18 ºC for all the sugar to be consumed, leaving a highly aromatic and striking pale rose wine.

COLOUR
Bright and vibrant pale salmon pink.

AROMA
Intense and prominent primary red-fruit aromas, exhibiting an apple background an a touch of tropical fruit produced during fermentation.

TASTE
Full an very pleasant taste with a refreshing hint of fruit in the mouth.

AFTERTASTE
Notable for its fine and intense combination of aromas.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS
Paellas, fish,white meats, pastas and lightly-cured cheeses..
